When he got his first tooth, I took him to see Mr. Glauer—such a sensitive dentist! My son is now 2.5 years old, and we've been going for checkups every six months. Today, he walked right into the treatment room without even flinching, sat down in the chair by himself, and chatted with the dentist. Mr. Glauer even replaced three of my fillings without anesthetic—I wouldn't have believed it possible. It didn't hurt at all. The dental cleanings are also excellent, always up-to-date, and accompanied by a lovely chat. I was also a private patient for a while, and I can honestly say that the billing was very fair. This practice and all its staff are truly fantastic! I've been living an hour further away for several years now, and I'm happy to make the trip. Thanks to everyone!“

After the treatment, we scheduled another appointment. Unfortunately, I missed it myself. Now for the real disaster. In all my years, I've never encountered a bill like the one from this dental practice. It's beyond outrageous and, in my opinion, inexcusable that they charged me a cancellation fee of €250 for one hour. Yes, it's the pandemic, and yes, we're all struggling financially. Over the phone, the dentist was willing to reduce the fee to €100. So, could they have charged less in the first place? I understand that a cancellation fee is sometimes necessary, and I'm paying it without comment. My only problem is that I feel pressured to be on someone's good side. I paid the full amount. Because the doctor probably needs the money more urgently, and I couldn't forgive myself if anyone had to go hungry. I can only advise readers never to miss an appointment at this practice. He explained everything calmly, was very patient with my nervousness, and successfully calmed my fear of the treatment. He chatted with you, and the dental assistant was also very friendly, so much so that at some point you completely forgot about the sound of the drill.
